Off The Grid

I picked up a couple of film cameras over the past few years. There is something about the whole process that gives me a real buzz and is the main reason why I shoot a lot of my personal work on film.  Each year I would work towards a different setup.  Each camera has its own unique shooting experience compared to my reliable digital setup.  The intention is to see things through a different perspective which creates an opportunity to broaden the way I see things and connect with people. Every one of these images has a story behind them. A new face, new friend, or a defining moment as my twins grow. I have been shooting on a cannon AE1 35mm, Mamiya 645 medium format, the Pentax 6×7 medium format, Rollieflex medium format, Hasselblad 503, Fuji GW 680iii, Contact T2, Polaroid land Camera 180 and my most treasured camera, a 1955 Crown Graphic large format 4×5 camera.

Currently in the process of curating images for a book which will be released in the near future.
