Jordan and Ben’s Darwin Wedding

Darwin Wedding of Jordan and Ben.

Destination wedding.

An incredible mix for this Darwin Wedding of multicultural experiences from a Church Ceremony at St Mary’s Cathedral providing some architectural fun to work with. A traditional song and dance performance that Jordan had been secretly working on for Ben went off during the reception at Pee Wee’s at the Point. Pretty rad venue that was able to cater for the 240 guests with super tasty local cuisine all outdoors under the balmy Darwin night. If you are looking for a venue for your Darwin Wedding then definitely check it out.

Jordan and Ben were so great to shoot with! Super mellow and well organised which is always the best mix to be able to create an environment where every can lean into their own experience, while we are Along with their families and guests, that made us really feel at home.

We were spoilt with an iconic Darwin sunset. Kind of hard to explain but the sunset colours seem to get richer well after the sun has vanished past the horizon. If you ever get a chance to experience the wholesome sunset applause from hundreds of people at Mindil Beach Markets you will know what I mean. Darwin never fails to deliver when it comes to perfect sunny weather during the dry season. Such an epic place to photograph with interesting light and unique landscapes to explore.

Tahnee and I were blissing out while chasing these guys around on a super fun Norther Territory adventure. Covering Photography as well as some Videography highlights throughout the day. Looking forward to heading back to the Northern Territory for the next dry season.
